Brianna Houghtaling

Brianna F. Houghtaling of Castle Hayne, NC, formerly of Liberty, NY, died Monday June 18, 2018 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale, PA. She was 18.

The daughter of Mitchell and Melissa Rowe Houghtaling, she was born November 29, 1999 in Parksville, NY.

Brianna is a graduate of Heide Trask High School in Rocky Point, NC, Class of 2018; where she participated in the Special Olympics as an athlete. She loved butterflies, collecting Barbie dolls, and cherished her Dad and Poppy.

She is survived by her parents Mitchell and Melissa Rowe Houghtaling at home; three sisters, Caitlyn, Ashley, and Emily at home; her paternal grandparents, Raymond and Leah Houghtaling of Parksville, NY; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 4-7 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West Street at Buckley, Liberty, NY 12754.
