Daniel "Dan" Walker

Daniel “Dan” G. Walker of Grahamsville, NY died Monday June 24,2019 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY. He was 66 years old.

The son of the late Ralph and Lillian Nugent Walker, he was born October 1,1952 in Jersey City, NJ.

Dan was known to many and he was truly one of a kind. He will be remembered for his many stories & his crazy ways.

Dan proudly served Our Country in the US Marines and the US Navy.  He was a proud Veteran.

He is survived by his wife at home, Rhonda Gorr-Walker; four children, Rachel, Joseph (Tawni) and Danielle and Daniel; and a special nephew/Godson, Robert Toscano; eight grandchildren, Dylan (Seara), Chelsey (Shane), Brittanie, Wayne, Zachary, Matthew, James and Eli; five great- grandchildren, Sophia, Sienna, Max, Shane, Jr. and Leland; two brothers, Kevin and James “Jimmy”; three sisters, Margret “Peggy”, Elizabeth “ Liz” and Daniele; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his first wife Joyce; his sister, Jane; and three brothers, Charles, Joseph and Dennis.

Visitation will be Tuesday July 2, 2019 from 9AM to 11 AM.  Funeral service will be at 11 AM in the funeral home.  The Rev. Bridgette LeConey will officiate.

Burial with military honors will be in the Sullivan County Veteran’s Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
