Kevin Bell

Kevin S. Bell of Parksville, NY, a custodian at Sullivan County BOCES and a life long area resident died Saturday, March 17, 2018 at his home. He was 59.

The son of the late Sylvester Jr. and Velma Ernst Bell, he was born March 6, 1959 in Liberty, NY.

Kevin proudly served our Country in the US Air Force. He was an avid NASCAR fan and he enjoyed stock car racing and football.

Survivors include his son, Michael Bell of Liberty, NY; his long time friend and Michael’s mom, Julie Caruso of Liberty, NY; two aunts, Helen Brown of Livingston Manor, NY, and Eleanor Wells of Parksville, NY; step-sister, Terri Marrow of NC; his good friend, Todd Caruso; and many cousins.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 5-7PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 7PM in the funeral home. The Rev. Bridgette LeConey will officiate.

Burial will be at the Sullivan County Veteran’s Cemetery, Liberty, NY, at a later date.
