Michael Damone

Michael Damone of Livingston Manor, NY, a bus driver and longtime area resident, died Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY.  He was 57.

The son of Angelo and Mary Genisi Damone, he was born April 1, 1960 in Brooklyn, NY.

Michael was a member of the Roscoe-Rockland Volunteer Ambulance Corp; a former member of the Roscoe-Rockland Fire Department and a former member of the Elmont Fire Department.

Survivors include his sister, Linda Amadeo and her husband Joseph of Commack, NY; one brother, Richard Damone of No. Adams, MA; two nephews; his dear friend, Valerie Lutemann; step daughters, Stephanie and Jessica and her daughter, Aliyana.

Visitation will be Friday, September 1, 2017 from 5 to 7 PM in the Harris Funeral Home Railroad Ave. Roscoe, NY.
