The Rev. Robert Hoag

The Reverend Robert W. Hoag of Middletown, NY, a life-long area resident, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at the Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY.  He was 91.

The son of the late William F. and Augusta E. Terwilliger Hoag, he was born February 26, 1927 in Delhi, NY.

He was a beloved pastor and humanitarian who lived a simple life, serving as a teacher and volunteer.  Pastor Hoag retired from the Scotchtown Presbyterian Church but had served as a pastor in various locations.

Friends and relatives will gather on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11 AM at the Scotchtown Presbyterian Church to celebrate a life well-lived.  Judy Anderson will officiate.
