William Ginart

William Ginart of Downsville, NY the owner of Cover Your Asphalt died Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at his home.  He was 59.

The son of the late John Ginart and the late Ramona Gonzalez, he was born June 25, 1958 in Brooklyn, NY.

William was a member of the Colchester Chamber of Commerce; he was a supporter of the Downsville Fire Company and an avid sports fan.

Survivors include his wife, Lynda Ginart, at home; one son, Nickolas Ginart and his wife Carla of VA; one daughter, Brianna Ginart of Downsville, NY; four brothers, John Ginart and family of Greenwich, NY; David Ginart of Weehauken, NJ, Albert Gonzalez and family of Vega Baja, PR and Manuel Garcia of Union City, NJ; two sisters, Caridad Bichara and family of Naples, FL, and Magaly Gonzalez and family of Doraville, GA; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass will be Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 11 AM in St. John’s the Baptist Church in Walton, NY.  Father Edward Golding will officiate.

Memorial contributions in William’s name may be made to the Downsville Fire Company, 15166 State Highway 30, Downsville, NY 13755.
