Alice Rose Ferber

Alice Rose Ferber of Hankins, NY a student at Sullivan West High School, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025. She was 15.

The daughter of Dennis Ferber, she was born January 25, 2010 in Gillette, WY.

Alice was a quick learner, anything she didn’t know, she was determined to learn. She was a happy go lucky girl, who was full of life. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time outside. She could sew, bake and enjoyed cooking. Alice played soccer and ran track for Sullivan West School District. She was a member of the Sullivan West FFA. She was very social and she will be remembered for her love of life.

Survivors include her father, Dennis Ferber, at home; her brother, Kevin Ferber; her sister, Abby Ferber; her uncle, Charlie Ferber of TN; paternal grandparents, Coreen and Joseph Ferber; her cousins, Corinne, Claire and Joseph and many other cousins; many great aunts and great uncles; and close friends.

She was predeceased by one uncle, Joseph Ferber.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 23, 2025 from 10 AM to 12 Noon in the Harris Funeral Home, Railroad Ave. Roscoe, NY. Funeral services will begin at 12 Noon in the funeral home. Father Bob Porpora will officiate. At the request of Alice’s family, please dress casual. Burial will follow in the Hortonville Cemetery, Hortonville, NY.
