Andrea Lynn Schwartz

Andrea Lynn Schwartz of Monticello, NY, formerly of Liberty, NY died Sunday, May 11, 2025 at the Garnet Health Hospital, Middletown, NY. She was 60.

The daughter of Donald J. Bachorik and the late Judith I. Schraier Bachorik, she was born October 26, 1964 in Bronx, NY.

She spent her childhood in Haverstraw, NY before moving with her family to Neversink, NY where she graduated from Tri-Valley Central School District.

Andrea had been a homemaker and several years ago had attended Sullivan County Community college where she pursued her passion of photography and art.

Survivors include two sons, Jacob Schwartz and his wife Charlotte of Rensselaer, NY and Eric Schwartz and his wife Samantha of Rock Hill, NY; her father, Donald J. Bachorik of Neversink, NY; her brother, Kevin Bachorik and his wife Miriam of Dunellen, NJ; three grandchildren, Warren, Nathan, and Tyler Schwartz; nieces Valerie and Gina Bachorik, and several cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 4-7 PM in the Harris Funeral Home West Street at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 16, 2025 at 10 AM in the funeral home. Pastor Joseph Leconey will officiate.  Burial will be in the Rural Cemetery, Grahamsville, NY.
