Angelica M. Bloom of Liberty, NY, a retired bus driver for Sullivan County Diagnostic Center and a lifelong area resident, died Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the Garnet Health Medical Center, Harris, NY. She was 76.
The daughter of the late Ernest and Florence Lyons Fredenburgh, she was born July 29, 1944 in New York City, NY.
Angelica had been a member of the Catskill Bastardettes; she enjoyed playing bingo and loved spending time at the Senior Center with her friends, Billy, Sandy and Eldonna.
Survivors include her children, Gina Vernooy (Brian), Eric Januszeski (Veronica), and Joseph Januszeski (Nancy Norris); one brother, Edward Fredenburgh (Beverly); many nieces, nephews, and cousins including a special niece, Dina Townsend; grandchildren, Eric (Shana), Becio (Ronni), Regiana, Anthony (Allison), Megan (William), Allison, and Erin; and great grandchildren, Angelina, Anthony, Markus, Eric Jr., Aaliyah, Arolea, Wyatt, and Abram.
She was predeceased by her husband, Barry Bloom; one sister, Roberta Steinburg and her husband Leonard; and one brother, Bucky Fredenburgh; one granddaughter, Ashely; and one great granddaughter, Giana.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 5 to 7 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY. Funeral services will be at 7 PM in the funeral home. Deacon Donald Prendergast will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Liberty, NY in the Spring.
