Donald Floyd Allen

Donald Floyd Allen of Dunmore, PA, formerly of Sullivan County, NY, died peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer.

The son of the late Donald and Carol Hemmer Allen, he was born December 28, 1954 in Monticello, NY.

Don had many jobs throughout his life including the Village of Monticello, owning his own lawn and garden business, and worked for the Sullivan County DPW. He was a member of the White Lake Fire Department and the White Lake Lyons Club.

Survivors include his son, Donald Allen and his wife Mackenzie and their children Josie and Luke of Massapequa, NY; his daughter, Erin Everitt and her husband Patrick and their children Kaydence, Kameron, and Kahlleigh of Youngsville, NY; wife, Karen Allen Nuget of Middletown, NY; sister Karri Allen of Marlboro, NY; niece, Kelli Mannese and nephew, Michael Thies; and his good friend Michelle.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 3 PM to 6 PM in the Harris Funeral Home West Street at Buckley, Liberty, NY.  Funeral services will begin at 6 PM in the funeral home.
