Donna J. Smith

Donna J. Smith of Livingston Manor, NY, a retired Office Manager for Royal Wulff Fishing Products in Livingston Manor and a longtime area resident died Monday, August 18, 2025 at Garnet Health Hospital in Harris, NY. She was 78.

The daughter of the late Laverne and Leona Fowler Bidlack, she was born October 16, 1946 in Waverly, NY.

Donna was a graduate of Tri-Valley Central School in Grahamsville, NY and Sullivan County Community College. She was a member of the East Branch Community Church.

Survivors include her devoted and loving husband, Eugene L. Smith, at home; one brother, Dale Bidlack of Jerseyville, IL; two nieces, three nephews, several great nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Coleton Faulkner. She was predeceased by a brother, Richard Bidlack.

Visitation will be Friday, August 22, 2025 from 10 AM until 12 noon in the Harris Funeral Home Railroad Ave., Roscoe, NY.

Funeral services will be Friday, August 22, 2025 at 12 noon in the funeral home. The Rev. Paul Cicio will officiate.

Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery, Roscoe, NY.
