Eleanor E. "Dolly" Wilcox of Fremont, NY, a homemaker and lifelong area resident died Friday, June 9, 2017 at her home.  She was 86.

The daughter of the late Harold and Eleanor Ebert Kellam, she was born May 8, 1931 in the Town of Fremont, NY.

Dolly was a member of the Horton Brook Free Methodist Church, a member of the Calico Geese Quilting Group, a member of the Fremont Blue Bird Group, a former Sunday School Teacher at the Fremont Center Methodist Church, and she is a former leader and member of the 4-H.  She was a devoted church member, loved children, and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Survivors include her four sons: Daniel Wilcox and his wife, Martha of Fremont, NY, Earl Wilcox and his wife, Karen of Roscoe, NY, John Wilcox and his wife, Lynne of Fremont, NY and James Wilcox of Fremont, NY; two brothers, Harold Kellam and his wife, Patricia of Liberty, NY and Paul Kellam of Fremont, NY; seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry in 2011, an infant son, and a sister, Ethel Dressel.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Monday, June 12 in the Harris Funeral Home Railroad Ave., Roscoe, NY. Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Monday, June 12 in the funeral home. The Rev. Yancey Brown will officiate. Burial will be in the Fremont Center Cemetery, Fremont Center, NY.

Memorial contributions in Dolly's name may be made to the Horton Brook Free Methodist Church 110 Fuller Hill Road, Roscoe, NY  12776.
