Frances Puleo

Frances Puleo, 83 of Queens and Sullivan Counties, NY has died on Monday, July 27, 2026. Frances was born and raised in Queens NY where she enjoyed all the cultures of the world, local libraries and of recent, her senior centers. Fran married her husband Peter where they raised two caring children, Anthony and Anna. Frances was one of the most loving, selfless people in the world. She'd give rides to her neighbors, helped TNR and feed feral cats, and would even give money to unhoused persons on the street. One time she handed cash to a person sitting on the street. He handed it back, insulted saying, "I'm not homeless!" Yet Fran went on to helps others nonetheless. If only we all had the loving heart of Frances.
