Frances Puleo

Frances Puleo, 83, of Queens and Sullivan Counties, NY died on Monday, July 27, 2026. Frances was born and raised in Queens, NY where she enjoyed the cultures of the world, local libraries and of recent, the senior centers. Fran married her beloved husband Peter and they raised two caring children, Anthony and Anna. Frances was one of the most loving, selfless people in the world. She'd give rides to her neighbors, helped Trap, Neuter, Release (TNR) and feed feral cats. If only we all had the loving heart and compassionate soul of Frances.
