Frances A. Stay of Roscoe, NY, formerly of Walton, NY, a retired CNA, died Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Roscoe Regional Rehab and Residential Health Care Facility in Roscoe, NY. She was 60.
The daughter of the late Francis and Phyllis Palmer Stay, she was born October 9, 1963 in Albany, NY.
Frances was proud of her career as a Certified Nurse Assistant. She enjoyed playing bingo and her chihuahua dogs.
Survivors include one aunt, Louise Palmer and several cousins.
Dignified cremation will be provided by Harris Crematorium, LLC. A private burial will be in the Mt. Repose Cemetery, Haverstraw, NY.
