Francis "Frank" S. Santiago, Jr.

Frank S. Santiago, Jr. of Parksville, NY, a retired delivery driver for the NY Times, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, October 6, 2024. He was 58.

The son of Frank and Maureen Kelly Santiago, he was born May 24, 1966 in New York City, NY.

Frankie was a resident of Parksville, NY for the past 17 years of his life. He grew up in Cortlandt Manor, NY where he lived and went to school. He graduated from Walter Panas High School in 1986. Then went on to work at the New York Times in New York City.

Frankie was a gentle and kind soul who loved his family very much. He was an avid Rangers and Mets fan. He loved playing darts, enjoyed watching NASCAR, old movies, especially Elvis Presley and westerns, and loved listening to rock music. He will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors include his parents; his two sisters Lisa Kirby and Kelly Scarchilli; his five nieces Ashley Santiago, Brittany Scarchilli, Victoria Swartzbaugh, and Danielle and Joelle Kirby. He was a great uncle to all his nieces and nephews and loved by his aunts, uncles, cousins and his 3 babies Cherokee, Koda and Princess.

A Memorial Mass will be Monday, October 28, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 4700 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, NJ 08008.
