Frank Edwards

Frank Edwards of Liberty, NY, a retired custodian for the Liberty Central School District and a lifelong area resident died Monday, August 25, 2025 at his home. He was 69.

The son of the late Fred and Ann Muthig Edwards, he was born March 20, 1956 in Liberty, NY.

Frank was a graduate of Liberty Central High School. He had worked in Monticello at Quickway Metal Fabrications and then worked at the Liberty Middle School for the next 18 years. After retirement, he enjoyed doing odd jobs. He was a member of the Liberty Hose and Truck Co. #2 and the Catskill O.B.’s.

Frank is survived by a brother Harry Edwards and his wife Barbara of Liberty, NY; two sisters, Mariann Norris of Arizona and Patricia Isdell of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. Frank is predeceased by his parents and brothers Ronnie Edwards and Fred Edwards.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 2 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY. Pastor Virginia Bossley will officiate.
