Hanna Bak

Hanna Bak of Ferndale, NY, a home maker and a long time area resident, died Friday, February 14, 2020 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY.  She was 61.

The daughter of Zofia Jakubowska Pensiek and the late Jan Pensiek, she was born April 8, 1958 in Lowicz, Poland.

Hanna was a former employee of the Resorts World Catskills and a communicant of St. Peter’s Church in Liberty, NY.

Survivors include three sons, Kamil Klys and his wife Karolina of Ferndale, NY, Radoslaw Klys and his wife Nina of Liberty, NY and Janusz Klys of Ferndale, NY; one daughter, Patrycja Bak of Ferndale, NY; and one brother, Jurek Pensiek of Germany and several grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 20, 2020 from 10 AM to 11:45 AM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 12 Noon in St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, 262 No. Main Street, Liberty, NY.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
