John Weinhold

John Weinhold of Hurleyville, NY, a retired sanitation worker and longtime area resident died Sunday, August 2, 2026 in the Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility in Liberty, NY.  He was 79.

John had worked in the Baltimore, MD area and after retiring relocated to Hurleyville, NY.

He is survived by the many friends he met during his time here in Sullivan County.

Private funeral services were conducted, and burial was in the Liberty Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
