Kelly J. Annan of Liberty, NY, a waitress in Orange County, NY, died Wednesday, February 23, 2011 her home. She was 45.
The daughter of Dawn Madison Rahm and the late Frank Rahm, she was born December 1, 1965 in Tarrytown, NY.
Survivors include her loving husband of 24 years, John Annan, at home.
Funeral services will be private.
