Margaret L. Morton

Margaret Fulton Morton Manzolillo, of White Sulphur Springs, NY, returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, February 13, 2026 peacefully at her home.

The daughter of the late Clinton and Betty Fulton, she was born April 30, 1946 in Monticello, NY.

She was a lifetime resident of Sullivan County, NY.

Margaret is survived by her son, Christopher Morton of Rexford, NY; grandsons, Joseph III, Xavier, and Quenton Morton; sisters, Ann Strouse of Snyder, OK and Muriel Bartolini and her husband James of Sierra Vista, AZ; daughter-in-law, Melanie Morton; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents; husbands, Joseph E. Morton and Michael Manzolillo; son, Joseph Morton, Jr.; and sister, Mary Deighton.

She wants to thank her son for his gentle loving care he gave her. He was always by her side to support her through her journey. Thank you, Christopher. Thank you to my Heavenly Father and Lord for their Love and Blessings in my life.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 1 PM to 2 PM at Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY. 

A memorial service will be at 2 PM with Pastor Joseph LeConey officiating.

Burial will be in the spring.
