Natale J. Guido

Natale Joseph Guido of Liberty, NY a retired tow truck driver for the NYPD and a long time area resident died Monday, July 14, 2025 at Garnet Health Medical Center, Middletown, NY. He was 76.

The son of the late William Guido and Joan Szymczak, he was born October 27, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York.

Natale proudly served Our Country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was an avid New York Mets and New York Rangers Fan and he loved watching sports.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Loretta Guido, his children, Jason Guido, Natalie Gleason and her husband Kevin. Step children Catherine Ponzi, Michael Ponzi, and Christine Dorst; his brothers, Joseph Guido and William Guido and his wife Judy; his grandchildren, Gavin and Garrett Gleason; Amanda and Alexa Dorst his great granddaughter, Dahlia; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, July 18, 2025 from 12 Noon to 3 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY. Funeral services will begin at 3 PM in the funeral home. Father Edward Bader will officiate.
