Neil Reece-Evans
Neil P. Reece-Evans of Roscoe, NY, a retired United Nation's Development Programme Senior Official for the United Nations died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at his home. He was 61.
The son of the late Nina Smith and Idris Patrick Maelor Reese-Evans, he was born May 25, 1955 in Caistor, Lincoln County, United Kingdom.
Survivors include his wife, Laurie Reece-Evans, at home; and one son, Ghryffin Reece-Evans.
Funeral services will be private.
