Olga Tkalich

Olga Tkalich of Livingston Manor, NY, a home maker and a long time area resident, died Monday, February 6, 2017 at the Roscoe Regional Rehab. & Residential Health Care Facility, Roscoe, NY. She was 92.

The daughter of the late Phillip and Elena Bychkovskaya Targonsky, she was born June 16, 1924 in a small village in the Ukraine.

Survivors include her daughter, Yelena Tkalich of Livingston Manor, NY; one granddaughter, Nadya Volchik of Woodboune, NY.

She was predeceased by her husband Peter Tkalich in 1985; one son, Vladimir Tkalich; and by her parents and eight siblings who died of starvation in 1932 in the Ukraine.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 2 to 4 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Monday, February 13, 2017 at 11 AM in the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Laurel Hill Cemetery, White Sulphur Springs, NY.
