Pamela Brey

Pamela Ann Brey of Cochecton, NY, a retired Administrative Assistant at the Villa Roma, Callicoon, NY and a long-time area resident, died Sunday, September 14, 2025 at the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh, NY. She was 76.

The daughter of the late Alan and Arleana Nelson Machledt, she was born December 20, 1948 in Pennington County, So. Dakota.

Pam enjoyed reading, horseback riding and working with animals. She had a kind heart and was always helping others.

Survivors include two daughters, Tara Brey of Cochecton, NY and Diane Teeter and her husband Randy of Montana; one sister, Penny Doughty of North Carolina; two grandchildren, Laura Pearson and her husband Matt of MT and Jeremy Teeter and his wife Anastasia of MT; five great grandchildren, Hayden, Sam, Amelia, Isaiah and Owen; and four nieces, Laura, Zoe, Danielle and Cecilia. She was predeceased by one sister, Patricia Machledt.
