Rani L. Bult

Rani Lee Bult of Youngsville, NY a retired Intake Office Coordinator for Sullivan County Public Health Services and a long time area resident, died Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla, NY. She was 63.

The daughter of the Donald and Lillian Amatrone Harrington, she was born April 5, 1963 in Nyack, New York.

Rani worked for over 34 years at Sullivan County Public Health Services, she was a dedicated employee who always went out of her way to help her peers and clients. She enjoyed going to concerts and visiting Atlantic City. She also found great comfort in the simplicity of life, she liked her quiet time at home, tv shows and relaxing in her retirement years.

Survivors include her partner of 15 years, Nicholas Lech, at home; two sons, Donald Houghtaling of Eldred, NY and Fred Froehlich; and her granddaughter, Raven Houghtaling; and her grandson, Damien Northcote.

Graveside services and burial will be Monday, June 29, 2026 at 1PM in the Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston, NY.
