Rosemary Radice-Lambert

Rosemary Radice-Lambert of Liberty, NY, a retired head cook for NYS Department of Corrections at Ulster Correctional Facility in Ellenville, NY, died Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at the Garnet Health Hospital in Middletown, NY. She was 66.

The daughter of the late Gabriel and Patricia Jean Roberts Radice, she was born February 16, 1959 in Brooklyn, NY.

Rosemary was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Liberty, NY. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Jeffrey K. Lambert at home; one son, Jeffrey K. Lambert, II and his companion Samantha Virgil of Livingston Manor, NY; one daughter, Nytashia M. Davis and her husband Nathan of Youngsville, NY; one brother, Michael Radice of Arkansas; three grandchildren, Waylon, Nolan, and Scarlett; and two nephews, Tom and John.

Memorial services are being planned for the near future.
