The son of the late Antonio and Brunilda Mercado Santiago, he was born November 24, 1959 in Manhattan, NY.

Survivors include his son, Ruben Santiago of Catasauqua, PA and his sister, M. Dalia Santiago of Bronx, NY.

Dignified cremation provided by Harris Crematorium, LLC. Services will be private.
