Ruth E. Killie

Ruth E. Kille of Hancock, NY, a home maker and a lifelong area resident died Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at the Roscoe Regional Rehab and Residential Health Care Facility in Roscoe, NY. She was 91.

The daughter of the late Albert H. and Ruby M. Webster Rausch, she was born April 12, 1935 in Hancock, NY.

Ruth will be lovingly remembered for her kind heart, steadfast faith and the many gifts she shared with everyone around her. Ruth had a special love for horses, enjoyed doing puzzles, and found great joy in singing and playing the violin. She was also a wonderful baker who created delicious homemade treats with love and care.

Ruth is survived by her children, Laura Dennis and her husband Rob Dennis, Linda Wrighter, and Michelle Rutledge and her husband Jason Rutledge, and Lisa Miracle; her grandchildren, and great grandchildren, who will carry her memory in their hearts, and a daughter-in-law, Teresa Kille. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Harold Kille, a son, Andy Kille, and a son-in-law, Greg Wrighter.

She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew and loved her.
