Steven Morak

Steven J. Morak of Monticello, NY, a former chef for Catskill Delication in Seattle, WA, died Friday, August 11, 2017 at his home. He was 53.

The son of the late Paul and Marsha Danvetz Morak, he was born December 27, 1963 in Brooklyn, NY.

Survivors include his daughter, Brittany Morak of Seattle, WA; three sisters, Debra Morak of Monticello, NY, Barbara Sharma of Monticello, NY and Karen Brown of South Fallsburg, NY; one brother, Lawrence Brown of South Fallsburg, NY; two nephews, James Brown and Nicholas Brown; two nieces, Courtney Oberosler and Amber Keese; and one aunt, Harriet Fein.

He was predeceased by his parents and his step father, Stephen Brown.

Graveside services were Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 5 PM in the Monticello Brotherhood Aid Society Cemetery, Monticello, NY.  Rabbi Stamler officiated.
