Susan Bridget Iaropoli

Susan Bridget Iaropoli of Jeffersonville, NY, died Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at Garnet Health Catskill Regional Hospital in Harris, NY. She was 57.

The daughter of the late Henry Edward and Susan Theresa Doonan Bischoff, she was born January 6, 1969 in White Plains, NY.

Susan loved the color purple, dolphins, and spending time with her cats, especially, Nightmare. Her favorite thing was watching the latest episode of the soap opera, General Hospital, on the weekdays.

Survivors include her children, Abigail, Michael, and Francesca Iaropoli.  Susan was predeceased by her loving husband, Frank Iaropoli in 2025.

At this time, Susan’s family is celebrating her life privately.

Dignified cremation will be provided by the Harris Crematorium, LLC.
