William Simon

William G. "Billy" Simon of Livingston Manor, NY, a Sr. Residential Associate for the Center for Discovery, Harris, NY and a lifelong area resident, died Friday, March 1, 2013 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. He was 31.

The son of Edwyn W. and Cynthia L. Hoag Simon, he was born December 25, 1981 in Harris, NY.

Billy was a graduate of Livingston Manor Central School; he was a member of the Monticello Budo-Jui-Jutsu; and a member of the Mixed Martial Arts of America.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Sprague Simon, at home; his son, Damion Simon, at home; his soon to be born daughter, Adalyna Simon; his father, Ed Simon and his wife Judy of Monticello, NY; his mother, Cynthia Simon of Livingston Manor, NY; three brothers, Ed Simon and his wife Kim of Tampa, FL, Joseph Feliciano and his wife Jolene of Loch Sheldrake, NY, and Mike Feliciano of Livingston Manor, NY; four sisters, Carmen Feliciano-McIntosh and her husband Mike of Loch Sheldrake, NY, Louisa Feliciano of Monticello, NY, Kimberly Simon of Livingston Manor, NY, and Karen Accurso of Kingston, NY; his maternal grandfather, David Hoag and his wife Joyce of Livingston Manor, NY; The Sprague Family; several nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday (tomorrow), March 4, 2013 from 11 AM to 2 PM in the Harris Funeral Home West St. at Buckley Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 4, 2013 at 2 PM in the funeral home.

Following the funeral services there will be a respite at the Liberty Fire House Hall, Sprague Ave., Liberty, NY.

Burial will be in the Lew Beach Cemetery, Lew Beach, NY, in the Spring.
