Xiaogang Tian
Xiaogang "Simon" Tian of Liberty, NY, a long time area resident, died Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at the Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility, Liberty, NY. He was 58.
Simon worked as a systems analysis for the US Government Department on Defense in Washington DC.
Graveside services will be Monday December 3, 2012 at 10:20 AM in the Liberty Cemetery Cold Spring Road, Liberty, NY.
