Obituary
Heinrich S. Rutter of Monticello, NY, a long time area resident, died Thursday, April 27, 2023 at the Care Center at Sunset Lake, Liberty, NY. He was 84.
The son of the late Stephan and Yohama Okrasa Rutter, he was born June 20, 1938 in Germany.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Rutter; and his dear friends at the Kingdom Hall in Monticello, NY.
Memorial services will be at a later date, to be announced.
Graveside services and burial will be private at the Lew Beach Cemetery, Lew Beach, NY.
