Juan Jose Moran

Juan Jose Moran of Liberty, NY, the retired owner of JM Electric in Plattekill, NY and a long-time area resident, died Tuesday February 23, 2021 in Rock Hill, NY.  He was 86.

The son of the late Juan Jose Maria Moran and Petra Vasquez Moran, he was born July 11, 1934 in Puerto Rico.

Survivors include his children, Yolanda Strauss and her husband Ross of NV, Diana Moran-Forsyth and her husband Bryan of NC, Melanie Ann Moran-Wilson and her husband Eric of Liberty, NY and John Anthony Moran of Liberty, NY; 13 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; his brothers and sisters, Anna, Carlos, Madeline and Gina.  He was predeceased by his wife, Monssert “Nancy” Moran.

Memorial services will be private.
