Richard Hirschman

Richard M. Hirschman of Pine Bush, NY, a long time area resident, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021 at his home.  He was 93.

The son of the late Max and Ella Hirschman, he was born January 6, 1928 in Bronx, NY.

Richard proudly served our country in the United States Navy during WWII.

Survivors include one daughter; Joy Jones and her husband Gerald; and two grandchildren, Brijonai and Nema Jones.

He was predeceased by his wife, Ann G. Hirschman on Dec. 18, 2017.

Private visitation by invite only will be Friday, January 22, 2021 from 10:30-11AM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.  Social distancing guidelines must be met, a limited number of people at one time will be allowed in the funeral home, facemasks are required.

Graveside services and burial with military honors will be Friday January 22, 2021 at 11:30 AM at the Sullivan County Veteran’s Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
