Tadeusz Jucha

Tadeusz Jucha of Grahamsville, NY, a retired employee for SUNY Sullivan and a long time are resident, died Friday, October 15, 2021 at his home.  He was 86.

The son of the late Jozef and Maria Kszyczkowska Jucha, he was born January 3, 1935 in Poland.

Tadeusz was a great carpenter and he could fix anything; he enjoyed spending time in his garden. Most of all, he adored his grandchildren; he would do anything to make them smile, including building two ponds for them to enjoy, tractor rides and playing cards.

Survivors include his loving wife, Maria Jucha, at home; three children, Peter Jucha of Grahamsville, NY, Elizabeth Loarca and her husband Cesar of Hurleyville, NY and Theodore Jucha and his wife Cassandra of Grahamsville, NY; five grandchildren, Violeta, Elizabeth, Tadeusz, Nicholas and Noah.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 12 Noon in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Woodbourne, NY.  Father Ignas Dhas will officiate.  Burial will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Woodbourne, NY.

Memorial contributions in Tadeusz’s name may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550.
